Any technical development fees, consulting retainers, or directory partnerships managed by the Corporation are administered via separate corporate estimates, formal statements of work, or professional invoices issued outside of this general Website. No formal development or administrative relationship is initiated solely by completing an information request form online.

3. Network Intellectual Property Rights

This Agreement transfers no intellectual property owned by the Corporation or third-party framework developers to you. All rights, titles, and interests in the website code, design architecture, structural layout templates, directory organization systems, network branding, logos, and custom technical code displayed across this Website and our broader digital footprint remain exclusively with True North Digital Network Inc. Your use of this platform grants you no license to duplicate or mimic our corporate intellectual property.

4. Automated Scraping and Network Prohibited Uses

In addition to other boundaries established throughout this Agreement, you are explicitly prohibited from utilizing this Website, its intake channels, or its network nodes:

(a) for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized commercial positioning;

(b) to deploy automated scrapers, crawling spiders, data extraction bots, or scraping tools designed to harvest corporate data, layout designs, or network directory entries;

(c) to transmit viruses, malware, or destructive server-level scripts;

(d) to interfere with or circumvent the operational firewalls and server controls of our performance hosting infrastructure.

The Corporation reserves the right to terminate your network access and block your associated IP addresses immediately for violating any of these parameters.

5. Independent Subsidiary Disclaimer

True North Digital Network Inc. acts as a parent corporate entity. While our distinct subsidiary platforms, regional directories, and agency trade names operate under the financial and data governance of the Corporation, each network property contains unique end-user experiences, field environments, and specialized functional disclaimers that govern their specific professional footprints.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

You agree that your navigation of our corporate platform is executed strictly at your own risk. The Service is provided entirely on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no warranty that this corporate portal will be completely uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from minor text or scheduling inaccuracies.

7. Corporate Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Ontario law, in no event will True North Digital Network Inc., its directors, officers, corporate employees, or network operators be held liable to any individual or entity for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, lost data, business interruption, or lost corporate revenue) under any theory of liability resulting from your use of this informational platform. The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement shall be governed strictly by the substantive and procedural laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflicts of law. You submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, for any proceedings arising out of this contract.

11. Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time at our discretion to match updates in provincial corporate tracking or technical network configurations. When modifications are posted, we will update the timestamp at the top of this document. Continued navigation of the platform implies consent to those adjustments.

12. Acceptance of These Terms
